When you come to therapy, you get to drop the pretensions. You get to share and explore all the tough feelings that you don't always feel comfortable telling the people you love. You won't be judged, you won't be pushed to do something you're not ready to do. You'll be listened to and understood, accepted, and supported on your path to feeling better. I am a lucky woman that gets to work in her true passion. What an honor it is to walk along side you on your path to healing. I've been practicing since 2007 and have loved every minute. I have training and experience working with all adults struggling with depression and anxiety disorders, including a certification in perinatal mental health. In addition to my role as a mental health therapist, I am also a mother, a breast cancer survivor, a runner, and I love to travel.
